Once Upon a Dream, on Broadway
Four original members on one stage, forty-eight years on.
In December 2012 the Rascals played the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester. The following April the show opened at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway, where it ran until 5 May, and then toured for seven months.
Steven and Maureen Van Zandt built the production and got all four original members onto the same stage — Felix Cavaliere, Eddie Brigati, Gene Cornish, and Dino Danelli — forty-eight years after the band first formed.
Four men who met as kids in New Jersey, playing to a full Broadway house nearly half a century later.
